Q. Does GiftGuys drop ship?
A. We do not provide drop shipping services at GiftGuys.
Q. What is the minimum wholesale order amount?
A. GiftGuys does not have a minimum order amount. Some products however may have a minimum.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. GiftGuys ships all orders within 24-48 hours. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Q. I am not a business, can I purchase from GiftGuys?
A. Yes, GiftGuys is open to the general public.
Q. Do you have a catalog?
A. We only showcase our products online only.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. Because we ship from 3 seperate warehouses each having different products there may be seperate shipping charges. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Q. Why do I have multiple shipping charges?
A. Some items ship from different warehouses which means you may have seperate shipping fees.
Q. What payments do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments.
Q. What is your return policy and how can I make a return?
A. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund or store credit. Contact us to make a return.

Non-damaged merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge. All damages and defects must be notified to us within 10 days of the delivery date.

Q. What is the California Proposition 65 warning?
A. GiftGuys products are required to meet applicable federal standards for food safety. However, the materials used in printing the decorations found on the exterior of the GiftGuys ceramic and glass products contain trace amounts of lead and cadmium, chemicals known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
This warning requirement applies to all sales to California residents and to products shipped into California. However, small businesses with less than 10 employees are exempt from the warning requirement of Proposition 65. You should refer to the website of the California Office of Envirornmental Health Hazard Assessment, www.oehha.org/prop65.html, for information about the requirements of Proposition 65 and its applicability to you.
