Frequently Asked QuestionsAbout My Membership I want GiftGuys products but I don't want to invest in a membership. Will you sell to me?
Only GiftGuys members may purchase from us.
What if I join GiftGuys and decide it's not for me?
You may cancel your membership at anytime under "My Account" section. If you cancel before the free trial period you will not be charged.
Do I have full access during the trial period?
Yes. You can download products and place orders as normal.
Shipping and HandlingCan I pickup my merchandise? Do you have a showroom?
GiftGuys is a Internet based wholesaler/importer/dropshipper for that reason pickups are not available.
Will you drop ship orders for me?
Absolutely, and at no extra charge. The packing slip will carry generic name, "Customer Service" so your customer doesn't learn your source. This way, you don't ever have to physically handle a single item if you don't want to!
Where is your warehouse? When will my customer receive their order?
Your orders will be shipped from our California warehouse within 1-2 business days. Depending on the location of your customer they can expect delivery within 3-6 business days. You'll be able to track its progress through your account or UPS website (www.ups.com) at anytime.
Do you have rush shipping?
Rush delivery is 60% of the order total with a $20.00 minimum.
How much is shipping going to cost?
GiftGuys shipping rates are flat rate! Orders under $30.00 are only $7.50 anywhere in the lower 48 states regardless of weight or size of the order. Orders over $30.00 are calculated at rate percentage of 25% of the order total. Example: A $75.00 order will incur a $18.75 shipping fee regardless of weight or size of the order.Alaska and Hawaii will be sent Priority Mail at 70% of the order total with a $20.00 minimum. Areas outside the continental United States pay higher shipping and handling rates because all carriers charge higher rates to ship to these areas.
How do you ship? How fast do you ship?
We ship via UPS ground to the lower 48 states. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and a tracking email will be sent the morning after so you can let your customer know. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent Priority Mail. Please note: We do not ship outside of the United States.
Product and Printed materialHow do I know what the best selling items are?
The performance of items varies across the country, however, your Bayberry Lane catalog is a compilation of the top several hundred items in your line.
Do you provide the photos, descriptions, and inventory status of the products?
You can copy pictures and descriptions directly from our site. We also have a bulk download under "My Account" section so you don't have to copy them individually.
Inventory is updated daily and available for download in a .cvs excel document.
Returns and DamagesWhat if my customer doesn't like the product or it arrives damaged?
GiftGuys makes returns hassle free. If your customers ever need to make returns they send it directly back to us! Simply fill out the "returns form" at our site and a representative will give you return details. Your customer will be responsible for return shipping for non-damaged items. Upon return your account will be refunded. We do not charge for restocking.If your customer receives a damaged or defective product we will replace it immediately. No waiting! In most cases the damaged or defective product doesn't even have to be return back to us!
OrderingDo I have to pay for items before I receive them?
Yes. To keep our prices as low as possible, we only ship an order when we have received full payment.
How long before I receive my order?
GiftGuys processes and ships orders within 1 to 2 business days of receipt.
Can I call in my order?
GiftGuys is a Internet based wholesaler/importer/dropshipper for that reason phone ordering is not available. Orders need to be placed directly through our site for processing, tracking, and receipt.
Running My BusinessWhat about taxes?
All tax questions should be referred to your State Tax Board, due to varying laws state to state.
What about business licenses?
Check with your local City Hall for local requirements. If required, business licenses are always inexpensive and simple to obtain.
